42. Shift Your Mindset Via Your Body

Your mindset around your symptoms and overall health matters.

And sometimes just trying to shift your mindset can be really tough, especially if you are dysregulated in your nervous system or have experienced trauma.

So this is a way to bring the body into connection with the negative thoughts you are having, and to establish positive thoughts around your symptoms.

Emotions are a direct line to the body when you bring awareness to where you feel them. That can be more motivating and impactful than just telling yourself to change your mind.
