All my life I have struggled with chronic gut-brain imbalances, such as persistent digestive distress, anxiety, and obsessive thinking. As a teenager, I became fed up with suffering, and dove deeply into researching and experimenting with all the gut healing protocols and diets I could find over the past 13 years. This led me down a path of deep inner work, providing great insight to what I consider the most important tools in approaching gut-brain healing.

Now, I help those struggling with chronic digestive & mental stress heal their gut-brain imbalances through holistic nutrition and nervous system regulation, so they can trust their body, feel empowered in their healing, and experience the true freedom they desire.

I bring the foundation of holistic health and nutrition as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner blended with trauma awareness and nervous system regulation as a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner in training.
